24++ Privacy Policy

Summary

24++ is an offline-first expression puzzle for iPhone and iPad. The developer does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data, usage data, advertising identifiers, puzzle activity, or purchase details from the app.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores puzzle progress, best operation counts, recently opened puzzle locations, language, appearance, answer, and gameplay preferences locally on your device. This data is used only to provide the app’s features and is not sent to the developer.

Delete 24++ from your device to delete this local data. Because there is no account or cloud sync, the developer cannot recover it.

Purchases and Family Sharing

Full Lab purchases, restorations, and Family Sharing are provided by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The app receives Apple-provided product information and a cryptographically verified entitlement on your device. 24++ does not send receipts, transaction history, payment information, or Apple Account information to developer servers.

Apple may process purchase and account information under Apple’s own privacy policy.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

24++ contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDK, does not request permission to track, and does not access an advertising identifier. It does not use cookies or cross-app tracking.

Diagnostics and Feedback

Apple may offer you ways to share crash reports, diagnostics, screenshots, or written feedback through iOS, iPadOS, the App Store, or TestFlight. Apple controls those choices and systems. Information you voluntarily send through Apple may become available to the developer for support and debugging. Please avoid including sensitive information.

Website and Support Email

This public website is delivered by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process basic network and security information needed to deliver and protect the pages under its own privacy policy. The developer has not enabled cookies, advertising, tracking, or web analytics on this site.

If you email support, the developer receives your email address, message, attachments, and any device or diagnostic details you choose to include. They are used only to answer your request and troubleshoot 24++, and are retained only as needed for that purpose. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Children

24++ does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app contains no account, messaging, advertising, or user-generated content.

Changes to This Policy

If a future version adds an account, cloud service, analytics, advertising, or any developer-operated data collection, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before that version is released.
